Meet the Founder: Isla Remington

Isla Remington is the founder and principal consultant of Black Creek Consulting. With over 12 years of experience in business development and strategic planning, Isla has helped dozens of companies pivot, grow, and thrive. Known for her insightful analysis and warm, practical approach, she brings both heart and expertise to every client relationship.

Isla holds an MBA in Strategic Management and has worked as a senior advisor to businesses across Canada and the U.S. She founded Black Creek Consulting out of a passion for helping entrepreneurs cut through the noise, focus on what matters most, and build operations that work for them — not the other way around.

When she’s not knee-deep in client projects or mapping out growth plans, you’ll find Isla hiking trails near her Ontario home, sipping locally roasted coffee, or jotting ideas for her upcoming book on mindful business practices.
